Service Description
Are you new to Pilates or recovering from injury ? Welcome to a restorative class where we start with the basics on the Reformer combined with the Matwork and progress you to find ease, strength, flexibility and greater ease with your breathing. Welcome to repeat this course as many times as you like. Required at least 5-10 Pilates classes first. This is a slow tempo course connecting breath to body and mind. We utilise small barrels, bars and springs as appropriate to the group.

STUDIO POLICY By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to our terms on our pricing page. We do not extend or refund plans for circumstances outside our business. Please help instructors schedules by booking at least day before class start where possible. Grip Socks are required and are for sale in the studio. Mobile & child free space to ensure customers comfort. HOW TO CANCEL: We have a late cancellation policy of 24 hours. You must cancel in the app or web latest 24 hrs in advance. With late cancellationclass 1 clip is withheld. EXPIRY DATES ON CLASS PLANS All packages and memberships have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check and use your credits within the valid time period.
