This intensive course is designed for those of you who have back pains and want to feel better. You will experience a stronger back and less pain.

Whether you are untrained or experienced, you will see and feel noticeable results and a sense of control over your own body.
In the strong back course, we use the Pilates tower machine, which is designed to give your back deep movement, strength, function, stability and lift.
What can you expect from this strong back course?
Feel and look Stronger
The goal is to increase your back strength and make you physically stronger. Through functional exercises that focus on joint mobility, muscle strength and endurance, you will experience a significant improvement in your ability to handle the challenges of everyday life. We work with the whole body to strengthen your back and give you a solid and healthy base.
Reduced your back pain
Our training has a focus on reducing back pain which can help prevent future problems. We will teach you techniques to manage tension and pain, and you will experience what it is like to move from restriction to freedom of movement. Through breathing exercises, stability training and techniques for healthy connective tissue, you will get the tools you need for a pain-free back.
Feel healthy
Your entire body will benefit from this course, where we focus not only on your back, but also on your overall functional movement from stationary to strength in movement. Improved balance, coordination and body awareness will be some of the health benefits you will achieve.
Our holistic approach ensures that you integrate healthier movement habits into your everyday life and take responsibility for your long-term back health yourself.

Those with general aches and pain and weakness.

Teaching and training – the most progressive method
The Strong back course integrates theory and practice. In each session we will review theoretical principles, supported by exercises. We will cover:
Anatomy and function of the spine
Breathing exercises and posture
Functional training for the back and body
Connective tissue
Pain management and prevention
Healthy movement habits in everyday life
Each participant receives a home training program.
Practical Information
Duration: 6 weeks – two sessions per week
Time:
Mondays 7:30 PM-8:45 PM
Thursdays at 5:30 PM-6:45 PM
Session length: 75 minutes.

The course is open to anyone who wants to improve their back health through focused and effective training. We work with small groups where there is the possibility of individual attention and adaption. Both beginners and experienced users can participate.
