• We have updated our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to the new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Here you can read more about how we at Limhamn Pilates process your personal data.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• These terms apply to you who sign up for training at Limhamn Pilates. This includes a course, workshop or other events at Limhamn Pilates or who otherwise contacts or follows us.

BENEFITS OFFERS AND INFORMATION

• You will find out about various offers and benefits, invitations to events and our news and inspirations.

COMMUNICATION

• We communicate offers, invitations and information via email, sms and via our website as well as through our social channels such as Facebook, Instagram.

RETENTION PERIOD

• After completing a course, class, workshop or event that you have attended, we will keep your personal data for 12 months on our electronic booking system and then ask you if you want us to delete it.

• As we are a registered Förening organisation we have a duty to report to Malmo Kommun annually all members names, address and personal numbers. This information is sent to Malmo Kommun electronically. We have a duty to keep electronically this information and do so outside of our booking system.

• If you wish to have your personal data deleted earlier, please notify us at info@limhamnpilates.se

INFORMATION AND MARKETING 

• Your contact information is further used for information and news mailing (including marketing) by e-mail, sms as well as by mail and via our social channels such as Facebook, Instagram. Please note that at any time you can customize through which channels you wish Limhamn Pilates to contact you or completely unsubscribe from mailings. Regarding social media, you have to make your own settings about interest and security on your own accounts

 

PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS

• Your contact details (including social security numbers) are processed when participating in a competition or event provided by Limhamn Pilates and in mediating any winnings such as gift cards or products.

 

PHOTO AND VIDEO MATERIALS

• When participating in courses, classes, workshops or other events with us, we may take photographs or make video recordings. Such photographs and videos may be used in our social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as reproduced on our website, our news and information releases and in our other marketing. By participating in courses, classes, workshops or other events, we assume that you accept that we use photo and video material for the above purposes. We will on these occasions also ask that you sign a release form.

 

WHERE DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

• In addition to the personal data you provide to us yourself, we may also collect personal data from someone else (so-called third party). For example, we may collect data from social media.

 

WHAT DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

• Your personal data is only handled by us Limhamn Pilates and in cases where it is necessary for us to offer you our services with companies that are so-called. personal data assistants. • 12 months on our electronic booking system after completing the course, class, workshop or event. We also give the opportunity monthly on our newsletter to opt out of subscribing with us. In this event we delete your personal data from our booking system.
