STUDIO POLICY

• By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to the studio policy

• Class packages are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

• 2. Grip Socks Required – For hygiene and safety, grip socks must be worn in all classes. Available for purchase in the studio.

• We do not allow phones in the studio for the peace of all participants.

• For safety and focus, children are not permitted in the studio during classes.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class via the wix app or website/booking confirmation.

• Late cancellations or no-shows result in a lost credit.

• We do not accept cancellations by sms/phone.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or external circumstances to our business.

• Freezing of membership is possible for up to 3 months with a valid medical certificate.

• Group classes are for ages 16+.

• 9. All credits must be purchased in advance via our website or Wix app.

• Please observe all class plans have an expiration date.

• Limhamn Pilates reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

• 11. Continued participation indicates acceptance of our policy terms.
