Are you new to Pilates or recovering from injury ? Welcome to a restorative class where we start with the basics and progress you to find ease, strength, flexibility and greater ease with your breathing. Welcome to repeat this course as many times as you like. No experience needed. This is a slow tempo course connecting breath to body and mind. We utilise small barrels, bars and springs as appropriate to the group.

Recommended 20 Beginner/Open Classic Reformer classes & no injuries.
We start with 15-20 minutes of Matwork to waken and build your body before moving onto the Tower exercises which are layered for different levels.
Circuits (Reformer, Wunda Chair & More) Our Circuit classes rotate between Reformer, Wunda Chair, and other Classical apparatus. This dynamic format builds strength, endurance, and coordination across equipment. Focused, energising sessions designed for those who enjoy variety with precision.
Deepen your Reformer Classes on the Mat & Tower for a unique experience. Recommended Beginner & progress level experience.
