This approach uses the breath to guide movement and movement to deepen the breath, creating balance between body, mind, and nervous system. We use both the mat and small barrels where appropriate to the body. Take your training to the next level and our Classic Pilates Circuits which is the next step towards the Pilates Gym - here you can learn more exercises and become more independant. Workout in an old style Pilates Circuit Gym, its fun, you take more accountability and learn to own your own workout mind body & soul. This is not a beginners class as you must know some exercises well. This is a class where you individually work at your own pace. There is an instructor present for guidance, and this is a semi-led class
For clients familiar with the Reformer and Classical exercises. Prior experience recommended.
Recommended 20 Beginner/Open Classic Reformer classes & no injuries.

Welcome to try a beginner Matwork or Reformer class 30 minutes
We start with 15-20 minutes of Matwork to waken and build your body before moving onto the Tower exercises which are layered for different levels.
Move with confidence and demand. A faster-paced, more dynamic class for experienced clients. Expect fewer pauses, stronger sequencing, and greater physical challenge. Clients should be confident managing a consistent flow class quick transitions and be free from acute injury. Focus: Flow, resilience, and challenge Intensity: Moderate to high
