We use both the mat and small barrels where appropriate to the body. Circuits (Reformer, Wunda Chair & More) Our Circuit classes rotate between Reformer, Wunda Chair, and other Classical apparatus. This dynamic format builds strength, endurance, and coordination across equipment. Focused, energising sessions designed for those who enjoy variety with precision.
We start with 15-20 minutes of Matwork to waken and build your body before moving onto the Tower exercises which are layered for different levels.
For clients familiar with the Reformer and Classical exercises. Prior experience recommended.
