This is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in starting their Pilates Instructor Journey

We are delighted to bring to Malmö this Pilates Instructor Fundamentals certifcation
Learn to teach level 1 Reformer, Matwork, Tower, Chair & Barrels at Limhamn Pilates with the well known
UK Everybody Pilates and its lovely founder Amy Kellow.
​
After the taught education, you have the opportunity to spend 3 months of own study, attending studio classes and practice teaching on friends and family to gain the work in your own body to a sufficient level to pass the certification examination.
There are a set number of minimum hours required at each stage.
