MEMBERSHIP

  • Register for an account to easily manage your bookings.

  • Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred.

 

ANNUAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIP

​

  • All new members are required to first take an intro package for safety & so we can see you move.

PURCHASE & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

PURCHASES

​

  • All purchases are personal and cannot be transferred.

  • Purchases are final.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Purchases are valid according to booking conditions.

  • Memberships are binding for the duration stated and agreed to at purchase.

  • Freezing of the autogiro can only take place against presentation of a medical certificate and can be frozen for a maximum of 3 months.

  • A cancelled membership remains payable.I

  • If after 3 reminders your account remains unpaid, we will set in motion steps to collect all unpaid fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked training for Private classes.

  • All other booking conditions are confirmed at booking.

  • Non-cancelled times will be charged at full price. 

  • If an Instructor is sick or unable to arrive at the studio for your class, we will do our upmost to find an alternative instructor.

  • In the event that we cannot, we do our best to re-schedule your class during the same week.

  • In the event that we may have to close the studio for a short time due to unforeseen circumstances or at short notice, we ask for your patience and consideration. 

  • We assure you we do our best to resume 'business as usual' as soon as we possibly can and try our best to schedule you in extra classes to get you back on track.

HOLIDAYS

  • Packages are not extended for your holidays

  • Packages & memberships are extended when the studio is closed

  • Purchases are valid according to booking conditions.

  • Registration for our courses is binding and the fee is only paid back on presentation of a medical certificate

  • The course fee applies only to the course, with specific start & end date

MISSED COURSE SESSIONS

  • Missed course sessions cannot be transferred to future courses.

  • We do not allow make up sessions if you miss a class.

In order to keep a nice studio environment for everyone please

  • Turn off your mobile

  • Go outside if you need to take a phone call

  • Wear clean clothes and socks out of respect for others in the studio

  • It can be necessary at times for safety to remove your socks, please ensure you have clean feet.

  • Wipe all equipment after use and replace. Hang up all springs and handles as you found them.

  • Take off shoes outside studio

SAFETY POLICY

  • Please follow the teachers instructions 

  • Please do not use any equipment without a qualified instructor present.

  • Consult your doctor or physical therapist before you start Pilates.

  • Please be aware of your comfort during class and inform us if you have any pain.

  • If you become unwell during a class, stop immediately and leave the room when you feel able.

  • Limhamn Pilates will not be held liable for any claims during or after your class in relation to your time in our studio. It is your responsibility to at all times be aware of your comfort, capacity, conditions and limitations.

  • Pilates does not cause pain, but an existing condition might.

  • We recommend you get a therapist check if you become unsure of your body.

  • By signing up for our classes, courses, workshops and events you agree to all our conditions.

HYGIENE POLICY

​

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene in our studios and ask you to observe these.

 

  • We maintain small personal group training allowing for plenty of space between individuals.

  • We ensure that after each class all clients have disinfected the equipment they have used, in addition, we wash and disinfect the equipment daily.

  • We keep the studio clean as always

  • We keep very good hand hygiene and do not come too close to you

  • We smile to you from a distance.

  • We use disposable cleaning towels.


What can you do?

  • It is essential that you use hand disinfectant as soon as you enter the studio. 

  • We ask you to clean your own equipment very well after use, also remember the poles on the Towers and anything else you have touched, handles, foot straps, balls and circles etc.

  • If you feel at all sick or unwell it is absolutely paramount that you stay home and stop all socialising. We now offer online classes so you can keep your routine

  • You stay home if you or yours have been quarantined

  • You follow the directions of your local health authority
