This education gives you a basics foundation education certification to teach Classic Pilates on Reformer, Tower & Mat.
The foundations of the entire Classic Pilates Studio system of equipment training can be found in the basics of the level 1 system.
.
The basics are revisited day after day as an instructor and a customer as they not only build stronger foundations but enable an appreciation of the depth of the work as it becomes more demanding.
The basic exercises in themselves to the experienced instructor become very advanced and form the thread to the entire method of Classic Pilates.
Our 3 months self study education program can be scheduled according to your time and schedule after your initial in studio classes.
You plan your time according to your own schedule, taking our group classes, self practice at home and in studio and class observation sessions.
Who is it for ?
Pilates enthusiasts and those wanting to dive deeper into a new hobby or part time career.
We prefer you to be taking regular classes in our studio prior to enrolling on the education as this will prepare your body and help you better understand the method of training and requirements of the education.

This is your chance to dive deep into the world of Pilates, learn from expert instructors.
A 2-day intensive education covering Classic Pilates Matwork, Reformer, and Tower level I
Followed by 3 months of own study at Limhamn Pilates Studios, Malmö.
A requirement of the study over 3 months is the following:-
20 hours of self practice
15-20 hours of teaching practice on friends & family
15 + hours of class attendance
5+ hours of class observation
The Level of this education is one of the best available and of a very high quality method of receiving your education.
Our students taking our education are very well prepared after 3 months to hold exceptional customer classes.
Bonus:
During your education you can, if suitable, have the opportunity to practice on live LP customers as an apprentice instructor.
We are actively recruiting new instructors @limhamnpilates and upon successful completion of our certification, you may have the opportunity if suitable to become a valued member of the Limhamn Pilates instructor teaching team
