Join us for a focused afternoon of Classical Pilates education, designed for instructors and advanced students ready to build a solid foundation in Chair and Barrel work.
This 4-hour intensive introduces the key beginner-level exercises on the Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and Small Barrel, covering:
• Setup and safety
• Purpose and benefits of each exercise
• Classical execution and flow
• Teaching cues and tactile techniques
• Programming basics for beginners
Led by experienced educators at Limhamn Pilates, this training provides the tools you need to start teaching or deepening your understanding of these powerful apparatuses.

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class starts to avoid losing your class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session. Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made through the Wix app or our website.
No Refunds
Class credits and memberships are non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind or for circumstances beyond our control.
Advance Booking & Payment
All sessions (group or private) must be booked and paid for in advance on line.
Expiry Dates on Class Credits
All packages and memberships have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check and use your credits within the valid time period.
