We are holding an open day at our Professionsl studio at Hyllie Sportcenter where you can try for yourself.
Pilates is great for connecting your whole body at a very deep level, reducing tension, balancing muscle strength & alignment and is especially good at helping reduce back pain.
Its awsome at supporting the impact on your body of sports or as example sitting at a desk.
