CLASSIC PILATES MATWORK INSTRUCTOR FOUNDATON CERTIFICATE Learn the basics to the Classic Pilates Matwork system of physical training. Our certificate qualifies you to start to teach Matwork Pilates at Foundation level. Requirement ✅ Assessment PT 849kr ✅ Any 3-5 classes at Limhamn Pilates ✅ 2 Days Studio Education ✅ 10 Matwork Classes at Limhamn Pilates ✅ 10 Practice teaching hours - friends / family ✅ 10 Practice hours - at home/in studio ✅ Detailed exercise manual included ✅ Complete within 2 months of start date ✅ Additional coaching by separate arrangement ✅ 1:1 bi-weekly 15 minute online call ✅ 2 exams, details of which are available at the start of the course ✅ Total cost: 13,995kr+ 6% VAT = 14,834 kr ✅ Repeat Exams 1,500kr. ✅ Deposit & Payment * A 3,500 SEK deposit secures your place on the Matwork Foundation programme and is deducted from the total course fee. Morning Reformer Club is a small group Classic Pilates class designed for those who value consistency and real progress. With just four participants, you'll train with the same instructor and familar faces each week, allowing your body to develop strength, control and confidence over time. After class you're invoited to stay for an optional 20-minute healthy breakfast the last week in the mpmth - a chance to relax, connect and start the day well.
