Cancellation Policy
STUDIO POLICY By purchasing class credits at Limhamn Pilates, you agree to our terms on our pricing page. Please help instructors schedules by booking 1 day before class start. Grip Socks are required and are for sale in the studio. Mobile & child free space to ensure customers comfort. CANCELLATION: latest 24 hours, after which time class clip is witheld. Booked courses, welcome to join another class during same week. Repeated no shows can lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges. HOW TO CANCEL: All cancellations must be made through the Wix app or our website 24 hours before class. Class credits and memberships are non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind or for circumstances outside the business. ADVANCE BOOKING & PAYMENT All sessions (group or private) must be booked and paid for in advance on line. EXPIRY DATES ON CLASS PLANS All packages and memberships have expiration dates. It is your responsibility to check and use your credits within the valid time period.
