Limhamn Pilates is a classic Pilates studio located in Malmö Sweden.
We teach the classic Pilates method as developed by Joseph Pilates.
Our studio offers both equipment including reformer and matwork training in private, and small group classes.
Our Pilates classes are personal and first and foremost focused on your body and the technique. We believe that by offering more personalised teaching, we ensure that the benefits of the Pilates method of training are maximised for you.

Faith took her first Pilates Instructor education in 2015 to heal her own chronic back pain.
Faith teaches from a place of acute personal experience and informed education gained from some of the world leaders within the Classic Pilates Industry and delivers her classes with great passion and care for your wellbeing.

At Limhamn Pilates we are seeing rapid expansion and are excited to launch this September our
Pilates Instructor Pre training programme.
No previous experience is needed, just a good open attitude and a willingness to learn and a commitment to your own movement health.
Josefin began her yoga journey nearly 10 years ago. Already then she fell in love with the way yoga welcomes everyone to the mat, creating a sacred and grounding space to come back to time and time again.
Having tried many different styles, Josefin always returns to vinyasa for the dynamic, free flow of movements as well as to yin for balance and centering.
