STEP 3: POSTNATAL COURSE - REGAIN ABDOMINAL STRENGTH, TONE REDUCE AND HEAL ABDOMINAL SEPARATION AND WORK ON YOUR PELVIC FLOOR.
Starts 15th February
Pilates is one of the best forms of postnatal workouts. It´s a safe way to regain your abdominal strenght and tone, reduce and heal abdominal seperation and work on your pelvic floor.
When you want to start to exercive again after giving birth, it is important to start with the basics. That´s why we provide a special postpartum program that emphasises building strong foundations in the core/pelvic floor muscles. We welcome you to the studio with / without your baby! Currently we offer Postnatal training as course or a PT / Duo with a friend.

We suggest starting postpartum workouts 6-8 weeks after delivery or 12 weeks post c-section. Please check first with your Midwife/Doctor
