Service Description

Our PT GROUP sessions give full concentration on two persons physical condition and your personal goals. Depending on your issues, level of strength and flexibility, we will plan your individual programme. In your first session you will gain knowledge about principles of the Pilates method and you will understand weak and strong sides of your physicality. Personal Pilates training is for everyone! It does not matter in which physical condition you are. The Pilates method can be used to improve your conscious awareness of your body, posture, strength flexibility, rehabilitative post injuries as well as powerful training for athletes. In case of rebooking or cancellation later than 24 hours before the visit, the full class fee is payable. You can expect your session to be between 40 & 55 minutes depending on your capacity.

Cancellation Policy

This policy ensures that Limhamn Pilates can continue to offer a variety of options for Pilates training at various price points. Please read our new Terms & Conditions as updated 24 February 2023 at www.limhamnpilates.se/studio-policy. All Purchase and booking is an agreement to all our terms and condition. I understand that payments are non-refundable, and plans and gift certificates expire after the period stated at purchase. All amounts include VAT (0%) and refer to payment in SEK currency. The agreed price assumes that payment takes place in the agreed manner. Cancellation: Must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked group class. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full price or the class or clipp is witheld. Private training PT: To book email us at info@limhamnpilates.se or phone 0737 526000 Personal training must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the booked time. In case of late cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
