Full movement strength analysis consultation, training, advice and a cost free condition analysis. Included in your visit: For me its important that you as a customer are well and receive the best thougtfull visit. It's because I start with the foundations with you and your specific problem so we can see what and why you have pain. I even include for you a cost free movement health analysis to compliment the whole person perspective and identify your difficult or painful points. Based on the results, I also give you a decision on which type of training class that will fit you best and design this later in a personal training plan.

Cancellation Policy

Booked Sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours via our website, app, in person or by telephone. Cancellations made out of this time will be charged as Late Cancellation and the full amount of the session is witheld or charged. We do not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges on any purchases. All class bookings are only confirmed with advance payment. Your class may not go ahead if we have not received advance payment, and it will not be booked if it's your first visit. If we have to cancel a paid session , we will offer you a credit towards a future purchase. For one-off evnts or workshops where credit is not an option, we may consider refunds minus an administration fee.
