We bring our Matwork class back to our roots in Limhamn. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN THICK MAT Location: Geijerskolan Gymnastic hall, Limhamn Sundays 17:00 Time: 17:00 - 18:00 Dates: 19/11 - 10/12 19/11, 26/11, 03/12, 10/12 Cost: sek 150kr / class Our Matwork group class is an effective total body Pilates workout, focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, breathing and posture. This is a basic level class for beginners. If you are more experienced it’s an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice. The flowing exercises are completed on the mat, using the body weight as resistance. Matwork Pilates is a great way to increase body awareness, tone the entire body, enhance flexibility, improve posture, and improve overall well-being. Since the exercises can be modified to be easier or more difficult, it's suitable for all levels and ages. We believe, that it is essential to focus on the Pilates exercises correctly and with a high level of awareness and concentration, which requires a peaceful and calm surrounding. Cancellation Policy

Booked Sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours via our website, app, in person or by telephone. Cancellations made out of this time will be charged as Late Cancellation and the full amount of the session is witheld or charged. We do not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges on any purchases. All class bookings are only confirmed with advance payment. Your class may not go ahead if we have not received advance payment, and it will not be booked if it's your first visit. If we have to cancel a paid session , we will offer you a credit towards a future purchase. For one-off evnts or workshops where credit is not an option, we may consider refunds minus an administration fee.
